Day:
I wore today's dress because it is vintage and sort of classy looking and because our destinations of the day were the Palais Princier de Monaco, also known as where Grace Kelly got married and lived and stuff.  We also visited the Musee Oceanographique, much to our surprise as we didn't even know it was there.  We started our day by finding a restaurant in Eze Village, our current town.  Almost every restaurant we've come across in the Cote d'Azur is some sort of pizza/pasta restaurant, the menus all the seem the same, weird.  Since we're veggie our options are limited and we keep getting pizza and pasta.  Today we opted to share a vegetarienne pizza  and also had really yummy cappuccinos.  We headed to Monaco and toured all over the grounds of the Palais Princier de Monaco.  There was an exotic garden, some regular amazing grounds and landscaping, the actual palace, a cathedral and then the oceanography museum.  We didn't actually go into the Palace since we wanted to go into the museum.  The museum was both an aquarium and an aquatic museum and it ruled.  I haven't been to an aquarium in years and man oh man did I love it.   We were both super thrilled to see a cuttlefish! We walked and walked and walked today and saw so many beautiful and amazing things but man are we tired now.  After our four hour stint of touristy stuff we went to the grocery store so I could fixins for sandwiches and then I successfully made gourmet style sandwiches with only a leatherman in a hotel bathroom.

Now we're flipping back and forth between the English channels on the television, MTV and CNN, stupid and smart.  We are so exhausted we'll probably call it an early night and our hotel room is so swanky we don't mind enjoying it and relaxing.  There's a bathtub calling my name.  Tomorrow we check out and head back to spend the day in Nice before retiring to our airport hotel.  We don't have anything planned yet but I have hope it will be lovely and we'll make the most of it.
